I stumbled across your site recently and thought you might have some interest in my film because it seems to be so in line with your website. I am a reformed evangelical, brought up in the Assemblies of God and desperately happy to no longer share the worldview of the fundamentalist Christian. I am a filmmaker and film professor and am actually working on a new film about this very subject. The script is called FAITH and we are currently trying to generate interest in a grassroots sort of way, before we even make the film.

In short, the film tells two stories, one about a devout fundamentalist who falls away from God after prayer doesn't save his bi-polar son and the other about a woman who long ago rejected religion because her father was a philanderer but also a pastor. She begins to feel compelled back to religious faith only after discovering a lump in her breast.

I'd love to discuss the film in more detail with you and if you'd like more information, please visit our facebook page. Also, I am trying to raise money to get the film produced. If you are interested in the film and decide to post about it, I'd really appreciate it if you would mention our fundraising site.

Also, you can follow us on Twitter.

Many thanks and I look forward to hearing from you
